Seven Hills Surgery Center Health Fair
Enjoy and free lunch and partake in a free community health fair where 30 various local healthcare organizations will offer free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings and information on common health issues, including arthritis, diabetes, immunization, cholesterol, heartburn and respiratory illnesses. The event is geared at educating the public on how to lead healthier and happier lives. Community members will also be invited to donate blood at United Blood Services mobile blood drive. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided for all donors.

Summit that will to bring together concerned citizens and stakeholders, thought leaders and opinion makers, journalists, elected representatives, educators and academics to identify and discuss ways to strengthen our region. The outcome we are seeking is the long-term financial security of families in the northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe area. Towards that end, we believe that we must work across sectors to address the intertwined challenges facing our region, especially for families with the fewest resources as well as for mid-wage earners that also face numerous challenges in the rapidly changing economy.
